Tables of Christmas 2009

It's time for Tables!  Plan now to attend on Tuesday evening, December 8, 2009.

The celebration of Christmas at CCG would not be complete without this special event for women, now in its 7th year. Once again, we will enjoy music, a light meal, magnificent tables, and an inspirational message from Sharon Barrett.  Learn more about Sharon in the October Chick Chat newsletter.  Please join us and pray for those God would have you invite.

Here is information you will need:

What:
Tables of eight, and individual tickets to a limit of four, may be purchased. If you need more than four, you will be asked to purchase and decorate a table for eight.  We can sell the extra seats for you. Consider partnering with a friend to host a table together. You may select the location of your table(s) on a first come, first serve basis.

When: 
Tickets will be on sale on Sunday morning, October 25, at 8:00 a.m. through November 22, before and after church services. There are no presales.

Cost:
The cost of a table remains at $80.00, payable by cash or a check made out to CCG with "Tables" written on the memo line.  Individual tickets are $10.00.

Note:
You will receive a packet, containing instructions and tickets. The invitations are your tickets.  Envelopes are available upon request.

Please come prepared to tell us if a gentleman in your life would be willing to help serve the tables, if you have extra dishes we could use, and if you would be willing to decorate an extra table.  Thank you!
